PLACING MY ORDERS
How do I place my orders?
Please visit www.bakingwithgina.com/artisanalbakes or click on the "cart" icon to place your orders.
When placing an order with us, please ensure that you have selected the correct items and ensure your cart is accurate prior to finalising the submit "WhatsApp Order" process. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all items/orders. In the event that an incorrect item is ordered, we shall not be held liable to amend/cancel any confirmed orders.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided in "WhatsApp Order Form" is valid and accurate. We shall not be responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by the furnishing of incorrect/incomplete addresses.
I don't install WhatsApp, am I still able to place an order?
Yes absolutely! Please proceed with the ordering, once complete, screenshot the order summary page and send it via SMS to +6590038209. We will verify the order details thru the admin system to complete your transaction.
DELIVERY RELATED QUERIES
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
Enjoy FREE islandwide delivery for orders above S$88.00. Free delivery is subject to changes without prior notice.
Delivery services are also available from S$6.00 to $12.00 per location, with orders above S$28.00.
How do you compute the delivery fee?
We only provide delivery services within Singapore addresses. Delivery fee is computed based on distance structure, from Blk 291 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3:
<10KM - S$6.00 per location
10.1-20KM - S$8.00 per location
20.1-30KM - S$10.00 per location
>30KM - S$12.00 per location
Additional S$3.00 to Central Business District, Sentosa Island, and Commercial/Office/Non-Residential Addresses
Delivery services are not available to Jurong Island, Restricted Area (E.g. Changi Airport, Army Camp, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ/Division, Checkpoints, etc), and P.O. box
What is the lead time after placing my order?
Please be reminded to send a screenshot/payment receipt to us once payment is made. We will confirm your order when your payment is verified. Estimated lead time for baked goods is 1 week, we will liaise with you to confirm the delivery schedule.
What is the delivery timing?
Delivery will be carried out between 11:00am to 6:00pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Timing may vary due to weather and traffic condition. Due to high delivery volume, we seek your understanding as we are unable to accommodate to specific delivery timeframe.
Do I need to receive the goods physically?
As part of our effort to support COVID-19 safety measures, contactless delivery is recommended. The order will be hung on your door/gate or placed near your doorstep, we will send you a photo once your order is delivered.
What will happen if the delivery is not successful?
We always recommend contactless delivery. In the event, that the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient/sender is uncontactable, unable to access/deny entry into a private housing estate, or any unforeseen circumstances. Your orders will be returned to the facility (i.e. pickup location) by 6:30pm on the same day.
Thereafter, please make the following arrangement.
Proceed to self-pickup your orders from the facility (i.e. pickup location) after 6:30pm (Closed at 8:30pm) on the same day.
In the event that a re-delivery is required, a fee of S$15 will be imposed. Subject to the availability of the delivery schedule.
Due to hygiene reasons, the baked goods will be disposed of by end of the day, in the event, the items are not picked up on the same day and no refund will be made for any cancellation.
SELF-PICKUP RELATED QUERIES
Is there a minimum order for self-pickup?
There is NO minimum order when you choose to pickup the order by yourself.
What is the lead time after placing my order?
Please be reminded to send a screenshot/payment receipt to us once payment is made. We will confirm your order when your payment is verified. Estimated lead time for baked goods is approx. 1 week, we will liaise with you to confirm the self-pickup time slot.
What is the self-pickup timing?
Self-pickup is strictly by appointment to avoid overcrowding.
Following is the pickup timeslot, subject to availability:
Monday to Friday:
2:00pm - 3:00pm
5:30pm - 7:30pm
10:00am - 12:00pm
5:00pm - 7:00pm
Sunday/Public Holidays: Closed
We seek your cooperation to turn up on time during your confirmed time slot. In the event, that you are unable to turn up during your confirmed time slot, it will have to be rescheduled. If the order involved baked goods, it will be disposed of by end of the day due to hygiene reasons, no refund will be made for any no-show, reschedule, or cancellation.

How do I get to the pickup location via public transport?
You can use Google Maps to navigate for direction to the pickup location.

Can I opt for contactless pickup?
As part of our effort to support COVID-19 safety measures, contactless pickup is always recommended. Please ping us prior to your arrival and we will place your order outside the pickup location. Please be reminded to always wear your mask and observe safe distancing.
Can I ask someone to pick up the order on my behalf?
As part of our effort to support COVID-19 safety measures, we encourage customers to pick up the order by themselves. If you are unable to come personally, please inform us in advance, do provide your friends/relatives' names, and we will prepare your order for contactless pickup.
We reserve our rights to refuse any order pickup, in the event, if someone else turned up on your behalf without informing us beforehand.
Can I arrange a third-party courier or delivery service to pick up my order?
A prior arrangement has to be made with us to ensure the goods and timing are available.
