About SELF-PICKUP

Is there a minimum order for pickup?


There is NO minimum order when you choose to pickup the order by yourself.




What is the self-pickup timing?​


Self-pickup is strictly by appointment, and subject to slot availability. Please confirm your pickup appointment at least 1 day in advance to ensure the stock and timing is available.

  • Mon to Fri: 12:30pm-2:30pm or 5:30pm-7:30pm
  • Sat/Sun/PH: 9:00am-11:00am
We seek your cooperation to turn up on time during your confirmed time slot. In the event, if you are unable to turn up during your confirmed time slot, the pickup appointment will have to reschedule.




Can I opt for contactless pickup?


As part of our effort to support COVID-19 precautionary measures, contactless pickup is always recommended. Please ping us prior to your arrival and we will place your order outside the pickup location. Please be reminded to always wear your mask and observe safe distancing.




Can I ask someone to pick up the order on my behalf?


As part of our effort to support COVID-19 precautionary measures, we encourage customers to pickup the order by themselves. If you are unable to come personally, please inform us in advance, provide your friends/relatives' names, and we will prepare your order for contactless pickup. We reserve our rights to refuse any order pickup, in the event, if someone else turned up on your behalf without informing us beforehand.




Can I arrange a third-party courier or delivery service to pick up my order?


A prior arrangement has to be made with us to ensure the stock and timing is available. Please note the following concerns:

  • We do not provide labels/tags/cartons/additional packaging materials.
  • We are not responsible for any missing, damaged, or undelivered items, once your order is collected by the third-party provider.

About DELIVERY

What is the minimum order for free delivery?


Enjoy FREE islandwide delivery to your doorstep for orders above S$80.00. Free delivery is subject to changes without prior notice. Delivery services is also available at S$6.00 to $10.00 per location, with a minimum order of S$25.00.




How do you compute the delivery fee?


We only provide delivery services within Singapore. Delivery fee is computed based on distance structure:

  • Within 10KM at S$6.00 per location
  • 11-20KM at S$8.00 per location
  • >20KM at S$10.00 per location
  • Additional S$3.00 to Central Business District, Sentosa Island, and to any Commercial/Office Address
  • Delivery services are not available to Jurong Island, Restricted Area (E.g. Changi Airport, Army Camp, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ/Division, Checkpoints, etc) and P.O. box




When will my order be delivered?


The typical delivery lead time is 3 to 5 working days, when your order is confirmed and payment is made. Delivery will be carried out between 11:00am to 5:00pm, excluding Public Holidays. The delivery timing may varies due to weather and traffic condition.




Do I need to receive the goods physically?


As part of our effort to support COVID-19 precautionary measures, contactless delivery is recommended. The order will be hung on your door or left near your doorstep, we will send you a photo once your order is delivered.




What will happen if the delivery is not successful?


We always recommend contactless delivery. In the event, if the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient/sender is uncontactable, unable to access/denied entry into a private housing estate, or any unforeseen circumstances. A re-delivery service can be requested with an additional fee of S$15.00 per trip. If delivery involved baked goods, the order will be disposed of by the end of day due to hygiene reasons.
