Our artisanal bakes are freshly made upon your order, therefore we would advise you to take a quick look at the storage/consumption recommendations below for optimum enjoyment!

SOURDOUGH TIN LOAVES


BEST CONSUMED: Within 2-3 days HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Lightly toasted; toast slices for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown ALTERNATIVELY: Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180°C for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown To STORE LONGER: Slice and freeze with packaging for up to 1 month
BEFORE SERVING: Toast slices for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-180°C for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown. Steam for 3-5 minutes and enjoy soft and fluffy.




SOURDOUGH WAFFLES


BEST CONSUMED: On the day of delivery (keep refrigerated) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Lightly toasted; toast waffles for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown
To STORE LONGER: Freeze with packaging for up to 1 month
BEFORE SERVING: Toast waffles for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown. Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160°C for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown.




SOURDOUGH MUFFINS


BEST CONSUMED: On the day of delivery HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Refrigerate for up to 5 days in an airtight container, serve cold or room temperature
To STORE LONGER: Place muffins into a zipper bag and freeze for up to 1 month
BEFORE SERVING: Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160°C for 4-5 minutes




HANDCRAFTED COOKIES


BEST CONSUMED: Within 1 week if packaging is opened To STORE LONGER: If packaging is unopened, the cookies can be kept for up to 1 month in a cool dry place. (For Lolli-cookies, it's always recommended to store them in an airtight container for up to a week)

BEST CONSUMED: Within 1 week if packaging is opened To STORE LONGER: If packaging is unopened, the cookies can be kept for up to 1 month in a cool dry place.

BEST CONSUMED: Within 2 days HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Slice the bagel horizontally and lightly toast it for 2-3 minutes until lightly brown To STORE LONGER: Slice the bagel horizontally and freeze with packaging for up to 1 month
BEFORE SERVING: Toast for 4-5 minutes until lightly brown. Steam for 3-5 minutes and enjoy soft and fluffy.
